Hello all! I was sad to have missed the introduction call but excited to meet you all shortly. 

My name is Connor (she/her) and I work in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning largely focused on gender equity and social inclusion. I have particular expertise in technology-facilitated gender-based violence and queer rights and inclusion. Centering feminist and decolonial methodologies in my work is something I continuously strive to do, particularly as my work has focused on international development and is within systems that don't always value these approaches. Through this, I've found that I'm often times doing a lot of gender training in order to build political will and to bring in a gender lens where people feel like it "isn't needed" (it is always needed!). 

From listening to the introductory session, I'm so inspire by everything the rest of you do and looking forward to learning form and with you this week!
