Hola, soy Jainaba.

I am an independent consultant specializing in gender equality and the evaluation of programs and projects with an intersectional approach. I have worked with institutions such as the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), gaining experience in research and project monitoring. Additionally, I am the co-founder of an organization that promotes the leadership of African and Afro-descendant women in the Canary Islands.

My work focuses on supporting organizations in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of initiatives that foster equity and create sustainable impact. I employ feminist and anti-racist methodologies, applying an intersectional approach to ensure inclusive and accountable strategies for the communities they serve.

I am multilingual, speaking Spanish, English, and French, and currently learning Mandinka and Wolof. My international experience spans countries such as France, the United Kingdom, Senegal, and Uruguay, enabling me to bring a global perspective to every project I collaborate on.
