Hello, I am Lydia Kunda Doroba
I’m a program development and social
development specialist passionate about empowering women and youth through
innovative initiatives and meaningful partnerships. With over four years of
experience in the NGO sector, I've focused on governance and advocacy to increase
youth and women’s participation in decision-making spaces in Zambia. I’m a fast
learning who likes to explore different technologies and I have hands-on
experience with learning management systems. Currently, I manage the Center for
Young Leaders in Africa's online platform, where I develop learning content reaching
remote learners in Zambia and Malawi.
I have a degree in Mass
Communication and Public Relations and am currently pursuing a Master’s in
Project Management to level up my skills and make an even bigger impact.
I joined the Fabulous Feminist
community to deepen my understanding of gender issues, which I believe will
strengthen my efforts in development and advocacy work. I’m excited to
contribute meaningfully to my country and the African continent while connecting
with inspiring women worldwide and exploring the opportunities this community
offers.
